Low Calorie Macaroni

You can satisfy your taste buds with this low calorie macaroni. if you crave for.
These foods are categorised as high calorie food, but with this variation it can be cooked in healthy way. I have taken hung curd and cheese dressing instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients

  • Macaroni Boiled- 1 Cup
  • Capsicum-1 cup
  • Onion- 1cup
  • Dressing
  • Cheese – 1tbsp
  • Tomato sauce-1tsp
  • Salt- to taste
  • Black pepper-A pinch
  • Hung Curd – 1Tbsp

Method

Boil the macaroni, take olive oil 1tsp, sautéed vegetables, and add seasoning and dressing add boiled macaroni.
Serve hot.
