Low Calorie Gluten Free Pizza

Now you can enjoy low calorie gluten free pizza without any guilt. This pizza can be used in keto diet also as it contains very less carbs.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower Grated – 1 no
  • Egg- 1-2 no
  • Vegetables for topping- 1 cup
  • Grated Cheese- 2 tbsp

Method

Add beaten egg in grated cauliflower and mix, Add rest of the spices. Mix till it becomes a creamy mixture.
Make a base of this and bake in oven for 5-7 min.
Add vegetable toppings, olives and grated cheese and again grill for 1-2 min.
Do not over cook this pizza as the base is made from cauliflower so it might get burnt if you over grill it.
Serve Hot.
Simply delicious.
