Ingredients

  • Carrots- ½ Cup
  • Capsicum-½ Cup
  • Onion-½ Cup
  • Tomatoes-½ Cup
  • Oil-1tsp
  • Curry leaves- 4-6

Method

Add curry leaves, peanuts, sesame seeds in oil. Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder, Add roasted vermicelli. Add half cup water and cook till done.
Add lime juice and coriander leaves at the end.
Serve with tomato chutney.
